At Penndrill Manufacturing, we pride ourselves on listening to the customer’s needs. I have personally dedicated some time in these past few weeks visiting customers. I use this time to focus on listening to their needs and how we can provide for them. One key point to customer satisfaction is intaking customer feedback on equipment and tailoring it to the customer’s needs. I had the pleasure of talking to some folks at Nicholson Construction to get job site applicable insider feedback on our PD800 grout silo.

Along my route up to Pennsylvania I was able to pull off in Cuddy, PA to talk to Ryan and Mike at Nicholson Construction. They were able to carve out a small portion of their morning with me. Mike showed me around the equipment yard.

They had a couple of our PD800 grout silos in their service bay under maintenance before going out to another project. Mike walked me around the grout silo to point out their pain points and some possible solutions. This was an extremely valuable asset to us. We will intake this feedback with careful consideration and improve our equipment to better serve our customers. With the deep foundation industry ever-evolving, we stay vigilant seeking ways to better serve our valued customers.
