This unit is equipped with a MIDICOL180DHP high pressure ram grout pump which is capable of up to 1,450PSI and 35GPM. This unit has variable output, pumping, and datalogging options to be tailored to your project needs. The advanced automation software allows for up to 100 recipes stored ensuring you complete control and unmatched consistency.

The SD1000 Automated Grout Plant is a leader in grout production and automation. The machine can produce up to 26 cubic yards of grout per hour. The automation program allows you to save up to 100 specific recipes, meeting your required mixing specs. The power and precision of the onboard datalogging system allows for a detailed readout of all mixing details for further use. 100% customizable, this unit can also be tailored to your jobsite requirements.

Data Logger
Our Data Logging system can be placed inline with any grouting operation to record crucial data. By placing this flowmeter at the pump head, it is able to track flow and pressure of the material pumped. Data can be recorded based on grout output to each hole on the jobsite or can collect data over a longer period of time for further data collection. Data can then be extracted from the logger for QC/QA and material tracking for peace of mind on the jobsite.
