Data Logger
Our Data Logging system can be placed inline with our automated grouting equipment or any other grout operation to record crucial data. By placing this flowmeter at the pump head, it is able to track flow and pressure of the material pumped. Data can be recorded based on grout output to each hole on the jobsite or can collect data over a longer period of time for further data collection. Data can then be extracted from the logger for QC/QA and material tracking for peace of mind on the jobsite.
Pressure Washer
We provide hydraulic or electric pressure washers to seamlessly integrate with Penndrill Grout Plants. Hydraulic options can be plugged directly into the hydraulic circuit of a PD1011H to keep your grout plant clean and reduce maintenance needs without the headache of needing a separate pressure washing unit. These come with an integrated hose reel to further your cleaning convenience.
Cleaning Accessories
Penndrill stocks the following cleaning products:
– Glayzit: Preventative spray to reduce grout from sticking to the surface of the equipment
– Speedy Clean: Cement Dissolver for cleaning equipment at the end of the day
– Sprayers: A sprayer bottle used for applying different cleaning products to the equipment
Keeping grout equipment clean is crucial to reducing downtime on the project and equipment longevity.
Flowmeters
Flow meters give you the peace of mind on what is going on behind the scenes. Our flow meters are able to track flow and pressure where ever stationed along the water or grout line. This gives you valuable data and the control you need to understand the flow required.
Grout Hose
We keep large quantities of grout hose in stock and ready to accommodate any customer or projects need – making us your one stop shop.
Pressure Gauges
We keep a full stock of various pressure gauges. These gauges are always ready to keep tabs on the status of your grouting equipment via pressure and hydraulics.
Hose Couplings and Cam Locks
We keep a large a wide variety of hose couplings, cam locks, and adapters of all sizes to help ensure everything plumbs together perfectly the first time.
Fully Stocked Wear Items and Parts
We keep a large parts department fully stocked with wear items and more at all times. If there is any needed to get your project back up and running we probably have it in stock!
